Verona Trading was founded in 1998 and started its activity as kitchens and wardrobes manufacturers, in a small workshop. Today, it is a modern factory of 2,000 square meters. During the years our idea of passion and desire to create household kitchen furniture has been consistent, and are made following a process of continuous improvement in technical development and choice of materials without losing the art and the pleasure of the craft. In 1999 the company created its first line of kitchens with the name “Concorde Kitchens”. Production of the Concorde Kitchens line was based on European Systems and Standards.. Its first project was to manufacture 200 kitchens within three months, after which many other projects followed.

In order to keep up with competing brands Verona Trading made large capital investments as to make a new modern and a technologically upgraded factory, offering customers better quality and variety of choices. At the same time, the company recruited qualified people in the departments of design and technology. After the completion of the upgrade plan, Verona Trading became one of the most efficient companies in United Arab Emirates. The management and the highly skilled personnel in all departments are determined to move the company a step further. The modern technology which is applied in both administrative and production procedures aim in reducing production costs while enhancing the quality of what the company offers.The investment in high technology machines has not only improved its production quality but also allowed the company to manufacture, besides kitchens, custom made Wardrobes and Counters.

Production Process

The production process initiates from the sales department. The client in consultation with the seller decides on the final design of the kitchen cabinet or any other structure. Once the project is digitally finalised using specialised design software, the project is presented to the client.Upon approval, a contract is signed between the company and the client; further specifying the type of materials, the design aspects, time frames of completion, and any other aspect related to the project at hand.

The responsible technician prepares and forwards production forms to the production team. The production manager allocates responsibility and tasks to the various departments and proceeds with monitoring and controlling the production procedures involved.

The last step is the assembly and integration of the product that is made by the assembly department in collaboration with the quality control team. Having checked that the product complies with the order, then it’s ready for delivery.

Design Department

The fundamental responsibilities of the design department involve the creation of functional, innovative and up-to-date products, while cautiously monitoring the market and the current trends. Frequent visits to international exhibitions in countries abroad, further inspire the department to oer customer oriented solutions that best respond to the needs of modern living. All client orders are designed and presented in three-dimensional renderings, which enable realistic representation of the final outcome. is allows the company to reinsure that all customer requirements have been met to the fullest potential while enabling the customer to understand the possibilities of further optimisation.

Quality Control

The high quality standards set by the company demand consistent attention throughout the various production processes. The Quality Control Department was formed with the sole responsibility of thoroughly applying the quality control tests to all products, prior to delivery.

Upon completion of any product (kitchen, cupboard, or any other structure) the assembly team will set it up to its final form. This process is taking place in a particular part of the factory, exclusively dedicated to finished products; protecting them in this way from potential damages inside the factory unit. The team will conrm if the product is in accordance with the plan agreed with the client, examine its condition by applying the tests, and deciding whether the product is ready for delivery. In case of a malfunction or even a single scratch the product is instantly repaired. The quality standards are strictly applied in order to meet highest quality and maximum customer satisfaction.
